17 hotels, 911 keys, achieved portfolio turnaround from £1.7m annualised losses to +£350k YTD.

Repositioned the portfolio, streamlined the UK’s org structure and renegotiated rents to ensure long term sustainability and future growth.

Personally, secured partnership deals worth £750k, contributing to estate rev generation and adapted the hotel’s usage to maximise revenues.

Delivered the portfolio’s expansion plan during C-19 with an 88 key addition in London, this project was led remotely, which resulted in efficiency changes to our new opening processes.

Increased estate wide governance and compliance by developing financial and H&S auditing and policies.

Created and implemented brand standards and drove an accountability culture resulting in 18% NPS increase across the region.

Developed and embedded estate wide P&L budgets, cost control products for labour and laundry to increase efficiencies and drove EBITDA to 15% despite a rapid expansion programme.

Delivered balanced KPI scorecards of 83% & 90%, demonstrated cost control, £20k ahead vs flex labour whilst exceeding guest measures.

Drove new ancillary revenue streams; car parking & Costa Express resulting in revenue increase of £30k.

Increased occupancy to 91%, NPS uplift of 13.5% and drove team engagement by 18% and team enablement by 13%. Drove KPI uplift by 18% to 85% and increased SBR by 10%.

Southsea was the largest site contributor to area variance for service +16.5% (11% ahead vs target)

Held Horndean PI for 6 months and delivered a 25 key extension.

Developed business cases which led to a £800k investment and soft room’s refurbishment.

Led the Restaurant Synergy piece for the West Sussex area with our Whitbread partners.
