Project done:

Re-design the Orion Keystone Case – Redesign the Aluminum Case to Stainless steel which helps to increase the sterilization cycle & life cycle. Case is known as the box which carries the required instruments, implants and trails for a surgery.

Preparation of 3D and 2D Digital X-ray Templates – Which helps to choose the exact size of implant for the patients digitally.

Preparation of Associate product review (APR) – APR helps to develop and come out the product using the already presented complaints and difficulties for the patient and surgeon worldwide.

Worked as a Junior Design Engineer (from August 2016 to August 2018) at Vanjax Sales Pvt. Ltd, Chennai.

Position : JuniorDesign Engineer – New product development. Platform : SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

VANJAX SALES PVT. LTD is an IOS: 9001: 2015 certified company located in Chennai. This Hydraulics based company was established in 1981 that deals with the manufacturing of hydraulic jacks, scissor lift, stacker, aerial access platform and airport ground support equipments. They have supplied various components for number of Nations, multinational companies and Government Organizations. Project done:

Scissor Lift up to 7-ton Capacity &14 meters lifted height which is used as a lifting aid in various Factories and shop floors for ease in Material Handling based on the requirement the lift varies. (Have done up to 50 + tables.)

Goods lift (Stackers) of up to 2-ton &8 meter lifted height. It’s also similar to the scissor lift but it incorporates the principle of chain drive and rope pulley with the help of Hydraulics to lift parts, components and other such materials from one floor to another. (Have done up to 6 + lifts.)

Concept model of Glass cutting tablewhich is used to cut a glass into pieces &portable leg seat which is used to rest human legs while travelling.

Role and Responsibilities:

Determining the sequence of operation and process.

Preparing concept drawing based on customers requirement.

Creation of 3D model in SolidWorks software, based on the customer requirement.

Preparation of Bill of Material.

Creating material requisition/action plan.

Preparation of cutting plan in AutoCAD.

Preparation of operation and maintenance Manual.

Finalizing the 3D model of the new product.

Analyzing the finalized model for 125% of over load.

Preparing 2D Detail drawing for manufacturing, production and assembly of the equipment.

Preparing 2D Detail drawing for performing operations at vender places.

Testing the model with Quality department.
