CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In 2013 I was a team member of the Red Stag Tavern. We were presented with the 2013 Pineapple Award; this award recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond to enrich a visitor's stay in Nova Scotia and here is my story:
In another instance, a group from Pennsylvania were seated at the bar, and through conversation, their bartender, Terra MacLean, heard that one of the ladies taught line dancing. Terra played “Boot Scootin Boogie” on the jukebox, and to the entire restaurant's surprise, the group as well as staff began to learn how to line dance in the middle of the restaurant! The entire restaurant stopped working that night for five minutes. If you're interested, you can actually view this video on YouTube.
