DW002.P03– Roads and Infrastructure in West Muaither (Al Manaseer) is located within Zone 55 of the Al Rayyan Municipality. DW002 P03 covers an area of approximately 194 hectares of Doha West. The area is a mix of existing low to medium density housing with associated, schools, parking, mosques and commercial and government centers. The project is bounded by Muaither North Street to the north, DW002 P02 to the east, and Qutaiba Bin Muslim Street to the south.

The scope of this Project is to provide full infrastructure including earthworks, roads and paving, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation, surface water drainage, foul sewer, treated sewage effluent (TSE) system, and utilities (telecom, potable water and electrical works) in accordance with standards supported by reference to international good practice.
