I am working as a Assistant Surface Well Testing Operator with significant oil and gas

experience. I have been involved in all aspects of surface well testing operation in

onshore, worked with different types of wells and production facilities.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Presently working as a Assistant Surface Well Test Operator at Superior Energy Services

India Pvt. Ltd., Rajasthan Since January 2019 till to date.

DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES

Taking a part of planning job and executive job in Surface well testing

Strictly following company safety policies and rules

Conducting pre job safety meeting before all jobs

Following job safety analysis, risk assessment and simultaneous operation

Spotting of equipment as per standards and space available in sites

Ensure safety and PPE (personal protective equipment) of team members

Doing rig up and rig down in safe manner

Taking reading and note down the parameters of flowing well

Experience in surface well testing in exploratory, production, injection wells

Experiencing Hydraulic fracturing, flow back, well activation, production wells

Rig up of equipment and piping as per procedure and as per standard

Doing functional test ESD, Auto ignition and Hi-Lo Pilot

Calibration sensor, Pressure gauges, DP Recorder, Static pressure recorder and cross checking any errors

Checking and recording field data in time interval.

Using the sacrificial Choke for initial clean up till the required fluid quality

Using SMS Determining the quality of sand of flow before diverting to Separator

Diverting well to separator and closely monitoring the parameters

Lighting the flare before opening the well using pilot gas

Checking the Oil specific gravity, temperature, API, BS&W, viscosity and

produced water salinity PH

Checking gas gravity and checking the H2S and CO2 using dragger tubes

Using the surge tank for measuring liquid flow rate

Using different sizes of orifices for correct DP

Handling of sensors like pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter,

Flow transmitter, Differential pressure transmitter

Flusing the the flow line before rig down and loading in safe manner experience in my domain and apply the knowledge obtained in order to achieve excellence and provide effective progress and growth to the Oil & Gas Industry.
