Lineage Logistics is a global leader in cold storage logistics solutions. As AGM, I am responsible for successful execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and all aspects of operations in a 644,000 square foot warehousing and distribution facility that employs over 225 people operating around the clock.

• Managed and assisted the GM with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities that resulted in exceeding EBITA by 14% vs. our 2019 goal.

Lead facility through two customer onboarding’s instrumental to our facility exceeding our 2019 revenue goal by 16%.

Supply Planning, November 2016 – March 2019

GPN is a global leader in the innovation and manufacture of performance nutrition products. This role was designed to increase my strategic capabilities in supply chain leadership by managing relationships with in-house and contract manufacturer production of a 250 SKU portfolio. Responsibilities included successful utilization of SAP ERP, JDA MRP, and Business Objects, cross-functional leadership, and advising senior leaders on supply chain topics. This experience included significant development of my skill set and knowledge regarding relationship management, procurement, supply planning, finance, and accounting.

Exceeded the company’s Customer Fill Rate (CFR) target of 96% by achieving a 99.27% CFR for my assigned portfolio helping the company achieve FY2018 revenue goals of $2.1 billion.

Manage relationship with the company’s sole Ready to Drink (RTD) co-manufacturer ensuring on time production of approximately 45 SKUs which resulted in 99% fill rate.

Served as the Supply Chain expert for a cross-functional team working closely with the General Manager of Isopure, R&D, and liaising back to senior leaders in the Product Supply group ensuring successful launch of NPD initiatives including successful market entry of Optimum Nutrition’s Amino Energy RTD.

Developed and implemented SOPs for supply chain processes pertaining to contract manufacturers resulting in SOPs being used to aid in the training of new employees and onboarding of new contract relationships.

Served on a supply chain team that spent 8 weeks problem-solving logistics solutions at the distribution center and presented findings/recommendations which resulted in the DC achieving a record-breaking number of shipments to close out fiscal year 2017.

I led all operations for a 230,000 square foot finished goods distribution center employing 125 personnel and specializing in global distribution of food grade nutritional products. This experience also included successful oversight and responsibility for distribution operations at 2 overflow sites. Responsibilities included successful management of inventory including over 1,500 SKU’s valued at over $40 million. DC operations consisted of shipping, receiving, quality control, customer service, logistics, EH&S and Human Resources. As a key leader in the supply chain organization I was part of multiple cross functional teams that include finance, accounting, legal, SAP, sales, marketing and procurement.

Oversaw all order fulfillment processes that resulted in invoicing of approximately $1 billion exceeding company revenue and fill rate goals.

Led teams that facilitated a 20% growth rate while maintaining budget discipline that contributed to exceeding the Supply Chain group’s Cost Per Unit (CPU) goal.

Implemented policies and procedures that resulted in 35% reduction of overage, shortage and damage (OS&D) claims in 2015 which significantly aided in exceeding our companywide CPU goal.

Oversaw our facility’s integration to SAP ERP in 2013 ensuring immediate shipping operations at go-live that resulted in zero lost dollars from potential order fulfillment issues.

Established employee engagement programs that increased both performance and morale that led to 30% reduced turnover.

Achieved a 2.184 incident recordable rate in fiscal year 2015 which helped facilitate a positive culture of safety.

Responsible for logistical processes in a 465,000 square foot distribution center for a multinational corporation specializing in the distribution of medical products. Responsible for the daily reception and accurate storage of the medical products warehouse with 32 personnel and inventory valued at over $13 million.

Achieved a Cost per Case of .531 during fiscal year 2009 well ahead of our facility target of .601.

Incorporated new scanning technology and corresponding inventory processes increasing inventory tracking for the entire facility during a JD Edwards implementation.

Achieved a 0.00 injury recordable rate in the Receiving Department through the fiscal year 2009. Well ahead of our facility goal of 2.23 for the facility.

Findings describe a generative process of positive emotions stemming from follower perception of leader behavior.
