Supported new sub-sea, well control, drilling, high pressure, and Overhaul/Repaired equipment, including structural material failures and preparing subsequent detailed reports after forensic investigations by key stakeholders including BSEE/Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement.

Supported the new build Deepwater drillship construction projects in South Korea and Jack-up Rig shipyard fabrication in Singapore as SME as well as the Riser-Choke and kill lines, Stellite, Colmony 6 and Inconel 625 critical welding applications.

Audited and qualified dozens of vendors per ISO 9001, API Q1 and per the company technical audit requirements for critical processes. Prepared CAPEX ROI for upgrading all plant welding equipment and advanced NDT inspection and procedures to increase efficiency and defect reduction.

Overseen the APIQR Monogram License programme for 6A, 16A, 16C, 16F, 17D, manage KPI’s, COPQ, Customer complaints, RCCA-PA of all NCR’s.

Initiated and implemented PAUT/TOFD-replacing radiography to realize 50%+ cost savings and improved output of casing conductor piping production.

Revised NDT Written Practice to align with needs of organization and to incorporated PAUT in addition to implementing an upgrading all SAW equipment and consumable delivery system to save on cost to the business operations.

Directed PAUT versus RT comparison and presented results for management for CAPEX equipment approvals and the Singapore Welding Society membership.
