Nature of Work
Registrar:
Responsible for meeting with parents and propagating the school’s vision as well as preparing for parent meetings conducted for informational purposes.
In charge for the student’s admission and related documentation to KHDA.
In charge for all correspondence related to student enrollments, transfers, Parent School contract and withdrawals.
Prepares documentation and correspondence pertaining to registration requirements and procedure.
Data collection and maintenance of the students enrolled in the School.
Coordinate with Principal, Headmistress, and Supervisors for finalizing the sections and number of students in each class as per the standards.
Completes all withdrawal paperwork for exiting students, including getting transfer grades from teachers, communicates with previous schools for incoming students to get all relevant educational records, including following up with families regarding visa.
Birth certificates and residency documentation for the student and parent.
Coordinate with the Arabic Secretory for all the documentations in KHDA.
Marketing and advertising to promote the school and to acquire a greater number of admissions.
Front Desk Executive at School:
Greet all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, answering incoming calls, transferring calls to relevant staff and taking any necessary messages and passing them on to the person concerned also ensuring any urgent messages are relayed to pupils and staff efficiently and in a confidential manner. Help pupils with any queries or concerns welcome visitors to the school following the School’s visitor procedure.
Receive and distribute post and parcels in a timely manner. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Maintaining the parent contact sheet.
Calling for Admissions and assisting the Registrar with administrative support and admissions.
Complete any other duties as required of the Vice Principal and other delegated persons of responsibility.
