Work Experience:

Performance Lead

Elyon International (at Boeing) May 2019 – Sept 2020

SAP performance and functionality testing using Loadrunner (Application Owner/Admin). Developed IIS website for reporting which contained over 90 SQL queries. Some reports had the ability to kill related processes and stop/start services for non-Admins where specific people were allowed. Developed several powershell scripts. One of the scripts was a UI for querying Active Directory. Created complex server build scripts for test team. The server build script would change settings to avoid popups and fix other issue which enabled playback scripts to runs smoothly. Setup Worksoft Execution Manager on multiple servers. Developed DSC scripts to maintain server settings and user profile settings. Developed automation scripts for SAP database refresh projects for MS SQL and Live Cache. Increased productivity of test team by setting up servers for remote login just before everyone was required to work from home. This enabled everyone to use their own computer while running/replaying test scripts on remote servers. Came up with work around for SAPGUI bugs related to LoadRunner performance testing where SAPGUI would go into an endless loop depending on conditions. A ticket was opened with SAP Company. Also opened tickets with Micro Focus Company on various LoadRunner issues. Created several data collecting jobs for performance, remote desktop login tracking, application version, services, server info, cluster info, process info, events and other information. As an IIS SME, gave advice to another team who ran into issues when migrating/upgrading IIS websites to new servers. As a SME with SQL, helped with or mentored others on various MS SQL server issues and questions. Some of which included upgrades, AlwaysOn, parallelism for SAP, and SQL settings related to Worksoft applications. Setup VTS tables on multiple servers and automated script for loading Excel data into both VTS tables and SQL (used for LoadRunner). Created special reports to show automated Worksoft Execution Manager playback jobs and their run status. This report updated a spreadsheet and kept history in CSV and Excel files. Created/maintained over 300 domain accounts, 6000 SAP accounts, and other application accounts.
