Provided overall direction and management of completion in Cote d'Ivoire (Francophone country and French official language of the Project) of 65 km of new road thru the tropical forest, crossing rivers, swamps and rock hills, including working drawings, value engineering, provides design calculations and solutions for atypical zones, from Blolequin – Toulepleu – border Liberia. The project summarises:
• over 3 million cubic meters of earthwork (cut and fill, cut and throw, filling with suitable material from borrow pits)

Development of Bistrita River the 4th
stage, upstream from the Izvorul Muntelui storage lake with a total installed power of 30.5 MW and an output of 125 GWh/year. The Piriul Pantei – Galu, is the first stage of this section which turn into count a 51m water head and it includes a 1 million c.um storage lake, a 3 span dam equipped with radial gates, an underground 8.3 km head-race and 20MW HPP. The works have already started but now they are in stand-by.
The second stage of this section is Topoliceni - Poiana Teiului and it includes the Topoliceni dam ith a storage lake of about 800k cu.m. The dam is equipped with a fish leader. The water tower is above ground s cylinder type 26m diameter and 18m high. The HPP is half buried type it the penstocks and the valve in the same body. The main duties were the Management of the multidisciplinary teams. Within completion work was included:
• Excavations in alluvia – 800,000cu.m
• Excavations in rock – with heavy equipment’s and with dynamite – 50,000cu.m
