WORK EXPERIENCE:
Presently working at NETTUR TECHNICAL TRAINING FOUNDATION as a training officer. Here I will deal with the manufacturing of components by CNC vertical milling and turning 3-Axis machines and how to Design and Manufacture the components by INJECTION MOULDING, PRESS TOOL.

PROJECT:
“DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF TWO CAVITY INJECTION MOULDING FOR LOCKING KNOB”
This is an individual project done by me at NTTF. The project includes design and manufacturing techniques that are followed in a industry and are applied in my project. For designing purpose I have used AUTO CAD and CATIA software, and for manufacturing of the tool I have used CNC vertical milling and Turning machines. Locking knob was mainly used to fix scales in the drafters and also to fix outside machinery components. It is an two cavity machine injection moulding. This knob can be used in industrial machines and automobiles as well. Knob can be easily replaceable and available for low cost.

“MODELLING AND ANALYSIS OF CONTINUOUS FINNED HEAT EXCHANGER”

“The efficiency of a thermodynamic system containing heat exchanger mainly depends on its ability to transfer heat. The efficiency can be improved by providing fins which increase the heat transfer capacity of the system. Here we have decided to use a continuous fins and analyse its efficiency.

Done Internship in APHMEL for a month on “A STUDY ON MANUFACTURING FLOW PROCESS OF HEAVY MACHINES”
