Scheduling Supplier audit & executing as per scheduling.

Visiting supplier factory for process validation & for new process approval.

Approving new parts to supplier with proper inspection documents.

Have a good knowledge in using Micro hardness tester machine, Brinell hardness tester & Rockwell machine, Vickers machine. (Preparation of mould for induction parts, polishing & case depth inspection).

Inspection of machining, hardening (Case hardening, Direct hardening, Induction hardening, Annealing), VMC Milling, Grinding, Forging (Hot forging & Cold forging) parts.
