●Manage production on 3 shifts, in 5 shops total, with up to 120 personnel - 100,000 sq. ft. facility

●Track productivity and attendance daily. This information is used to maintain production and ensure on-time delivery. This information is also used for annual review and bonuses.

●Used the ERP system to maintain open and closed order reports, inventory control information, vendor information, raw material information, review historical data, as well as to track sales allocated products for our sister companies and payroll.

●Implemented Six Sigma, Lean, and Organizational Leadership techniques.

●Lead the project management team in the company expansion, increasing our production capacity by 60% and our staff by more than 3x in 2018, compared to 2016.

●Created numerous SOP documents to evaluate and establish a baseline for training and operational efficiency. There were no Standard Operating Procedures in place before I started with the Company. This allowed for better customer lead times on orders as well as keeping better accountability of materials needed for production and purchasing.

●Created an in-depth training packet that follows employees throughout their employment to guarantee proper training and trainability.

●Created the companies very first skills-based assessment for verifying an employee’s knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics.

Before the specified pay per position was created the company was spending on average $120,000 monthly just on labor, since I devised a skills-based pay scale we average roughly $50,000 to $63,000 in monthly labor costs since the change, resulting in roughly a 50% savings monthly, and we are on track to save more than $600,000 this year.

●Created job descriptions for the temp agencies to source personnel as new employees. Created a pay scale based on the job description and the skills performed.

●Waste Management of flammable adhesives, cardboard/plastic/metal/vinyl recycle, general insulation disposal such as fiberglass, mineral wool. Maintain accountability of approved and unapproved disposal of raw material/packaging material etc.

●Maintain a physical inventory of all RAW Materials/Packaging Materials and Consumables with a Kanban system I created that has specific reorder points due to historical data we have collected from the previous years’ sales volume.

●Used my Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training to properly store raw materials and chemicals. Stored the raw materials that were vulnerable to water/moisture in a dry place/palletized and wrapped and made sure to store any flammable liquid/adhesive away from any electric accessible points of contact as well as away from possible contamination.

●Created a safety program to ensure a safer environment for my staff by implementing CPR/AED training as well as Fire Extinguisher training. We recorded accidents whether they were close calls or specific injuries to bring awareness to everyone. We have gone as much as 367 days without a recordable incident. I also implemented door security and pushed for Active Shooter Training.

●Updated the companies out of date Safety Data Systems with current in-house raw materials and chemicals that our personnel meet daily.

●Saved the company more than $100,000 by means of recycling our IBC containers. We were able to get reimbursed for the used containers versus paying to have a hazmat company coming to clean and take them with charges associated for the service.
