Sports always has been an important part of my life since childhood that I could never stop practicing, as a former Volleyball player being my first professional step to a certified personal trainer with a passion to work with others, to learn and educate. Although my profession as a Dentist is not in progress in the meantime, my dental studies and working experience as a healthcare provider supported my new career in sports by providing a solid base in Science, Health and Nutrition re awakening my passion for learning and seeking knowledge to pass on to those who seek it. Preparing between 12 to 15 hours per week of personal sessions for a variety of clients from teenagers and seniors, individuals with postural defects / imbalances or joint pain to clients with certain health issues amazing results are seen and felt physically, emotionally and behaviorally by the clients themselves and/or their families through implementing and educating the clients about the scientific methods and research-based knowledge that are being used.
