SAP MM, Ariba & Fieldglass Consultant, Confidential, September 2019 – Ongoing: I am working on SAP Fieldglass implementation for the leader of fertilizers in the world, as the first project of its kind in the region. I worked on SOW implementation, integration between SAP FIELDGLASS and legacy systems (Oracle), worked on contingent implementation and working on Global Rollout to utilize SAP FIELDGLASS across all client sites.

My main tasks include:

Implementation Services Module

- Responsible for completing and reviewing the CRD & CWB document during the design sessions before the sign off.

- Responsible for completing and reviewing the test script during the UAT phase before the sign off to deploy on PROD.

- Responsible for providing support during the Implementation of Fieldglass of the two- process flow: Direct & Indirect Source Services.

- Responsible for providing operational support during the post Implementation of Fieldglass of the direct process flow for 20 Sows created during MVP phase.

- Responsible for Creating training materials to scale the super users’ team with interactive exercises to build knowledge on the SAP FIELDGLASS configuration for the super users.

- Responsible for delivering advanced Training for all users of Fieldglass including my client’s Managers, Super users, PMO’s and 3rd party suppliers during the MVP Phase.

- Responsible for determining solutions for closing any gaps between the request and the ability to deliver.

TERP10 _ SAP ERP Integration of Business Processes Lean Engineer, Groupe Renault, Casablanca, October 2016 – February 2017: Groupe Renault is a multinational automobile manufacturer and is the ninth biggest automaker in the world. I was responsible for implementing Integrated Factory Automation (IFA) project. I evaluated work processes to determine strategies and programs, which provide greater productivity and efficiency of plant by reducing the non- added value operations.

My main tasks included:

- Implementing Integrated Factory Automation (IFA) project.

- Analyzing 105 work centers per shift in assembly workshop.

Graduation Project (Project Management & Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering) COPAG-JAOUDA, Taroudant, February 2016 – June 2016: COPAG is the number 2 in the dairy products in Morocco with the iconic Brand: JAOUDA. I was responsible for managing, reengineering and optimizing the logistics and the supply chain of the plant. I was successful in reducing the truck cycle time into the plant, synchronizing production schedules and the supply chain, securing a production plan and a nonlinear program about the arrivals of trucks and earning a high grade 18.10/20 as the best graduation project. Over this project, I was able to generate significant revenue increases for the company through staffing Lean management. My main tasks included:

- Recommending production schedules and changeovers to the various work centers.

- Coordinating between 7 platforms logistics intern and 19 platforms extern of the plant.

- Assuring that raw and packaging materials are liberated, available for production plan.

- Identifying and reducing or eliminating waste in all areas of supply chain.
