I am an independent and self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people and learning about their culture. During my 3 months of employment at Old Khaki, I learned to become competitive, gained customer service experience and became a great salesman. Position: Operations Manager

Dates of Employment: February 2019 – Current

Key Responsibilities: I am responsible for the fleet of cars the company owns. It is my duty to ensure that they are road worthy. Keeping track of car service dates and refueling budget. Making sure the drivers get to work on time and render premium service to customers. Ensuring paperwork is up to date as well as basic accounting. I am also responsible for marketing the brand. I drive as a weekend stand in to provide a service to the clients as my drivers get the weekend off. I listen to concerns the drivers raise and helped resolve the issues they face, making their jobs a lot easier. I am an all-rounder.

Key Responsibilities: I checked all stock, recorded it accordingly, and submitted my reports to management. I also had to scan all items in the store, making sure that they received their appropriate number ensuring that the item would show up in our database system. Most importantly, I assisted customers that walked, making sure I answered their queries and provided them with a high level of customer service. I was in charge of visual merchandising in my department ensuring it meets the company’s visual standards.

Key Responsibilities: I ordered and captured stock that store needed. Communicating with the head office via email daily with regards to their expectations from the store. Compiling and submitting daily reports. Stock management and daily stock takes. Creating work schedules and time sheets. Ensuring the store meets the company’s visual and merchandising standards. Authorising trainings and stock movements. Facilitating staff trainings and meetings.
