Over head crane operation and their troubleshooting. INSTRUMENTATION

All type of transmitter installation and calibration as per the plant requirements such as level, pressure, temperature, flow.

Hot loop and cold loop testing in instrumentation field.

All type of local indicators installation and calibration like pressure gauge, level sight glass, temperature gauge and flow switches.

Proximity sensors (2 wire, 3 wire and 4 wire)

selection and installation for the different material like wood, glass,paper, liquid etc…

selection of temperature sensing elements for the industrial application temperature ranges such as RTD (2,3,4 wire), thermocouple(J,T,R,S,B,K,N), thermistor (PTC,NTC)

choosing the gasket for the plant pipe line connection depends upon the criteria temperature, pressure, corrosion resistance,types of fluids, robustness, and finally it is cost.

Control valve accessories overhauling and troubleshooting like,(current to pressure convertor, air filter regulator, boosters, lock up valve, positioners and SS, CU tubing )

Motor operated valve overhauling and troubleshooting ( AUMA, ROTORK, EIM, LIMIT TORQUE, BIFI) other than these (gas over oil, hydro-pneumatic, hydro electric actuators)

Solenoid operated valve overhauling and troubleshooting (2/2, 3/2, 4/2, 4/3, 5/2, 5 /3 ) both pilot operated and direct operated for both pneumatic and hydraulic system.

Safety valves overhauling and troubleshooting Hydrotesting procedure for the valves (shell test, seat test ) and pipe lines using American standards.

Basic all electronic components checking and troubleshooting such as capacitor, inductor, fuses, relays, cables, resistor, battery, bulbs, transistors, led, diodes, etc…
