Daily allocation of company's pool cars and drivers to units as requested.
Ensures all company vehicles and motorcycles are serviced as at when due.
Negotiate with vendors on the cost of repair and servicing of vehicles and motorcycles
Constant supervision on the neatness and cleanliness of company vehicles and motorcycles
Interview prospective candidates for the roles of drivers and dispatch riders.
Ensure that all company vehicles and motorcycles documents (vehicle license, Road Worthiness, Lassa stickers) are renewed on time.
Coordinate monthly appraisal for each drivers and dispatches riders
