Managing Master data, new formats/application, and clearance/releasing, salary/cash advance, temporary moving letter for newly arrived candidates, and arranging the medical of them. Also deployed them on job location after documentation. 16. Follow-up with clients/ employees complains & resolve ASAP with the superior instructions

(If required). Also follow up with all the assignments/ projects with the operation team. If the contract is canceled or contract is near to expire; then do the further necessary action on the urgent basis.

21. To manage and take proper record of document communication. 22. Arranging the driver, accommodation, medical test, for new arrivals. 23. Cross check the timesheet’s & forward to Payroll Dept. for salary & to Finance for invoice preparation.
