PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

One year three months experience in Edible Oil Industry “SOUTH INDIA KRISHNA OIL & FATS PVT. LTD” in “Production Planning and inventory control (PPIC department)” as “PPIC-Assistant” and three months experience as “PPIC-Executive”. Working on Production Planning, handling the Daily reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Day wise management reports preparation & yield calculations & consumption of raw materials.

Monitoring the production by using of sap.

Working on SAP & RPC (Refinery Production control) Inventory posting –SAP.

Organizing physical stock verification & stock audit.

Monthly basis monitoring on the Maintenance Report of production.

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, production and sales departments for the movement of Bulk and finished Goods.

Coordinate with QC for the analysis of finished Good & FG aging.

ACADEMIC PROJECT- Characterization of Hydrodynamic Properties of Three Phase Fluidized bed (January 2017 – April 2017):

Characterization of hydrodynamic properties of three phase fluidized bed characterized was done in the project.

Variation of Pressure drop, Gas holdup with varying velocities and particle sizes was done and the results were compared.

TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES:

Participated in the National Conference on “Pollution Control Strategies in Chemical & Related Industries at S.V.University, Tirupati.

Attended a two day seminar on “Career Guidance & Aptitude Skills” at S.V.University, Tirupati

Participated in the 104th Indian Science Congress at S.V.University, Tirupati.

Presented a paper on “Chemical Engineering, Future Trends and Challenges” in, Sri Venkateswara University college of Engineering, Tirupati.

Attended ASPEN PLUS workshop at Chemclave’16, IIT Madras on March 4th 2016.

Presented paper on “Theoretical Prediction of Transport” at JNUTA, assessment of the state of the art, ananthapuramu on 7th august 2015.

Visited manufacturing of LEAD-ACID batteries at Amara Raja Batteries Limited, Tirupati.
