Assist Office Manager/Executive assistant and Region President. Help create binders for business plans and

information needed for executive meetings. Input data for the marketing department. Make sure overhead

invoices are correct, if any discrepancies contact vendor. Code overhead account invoices and get them approved

for payment. Call vendors and worked with accounts payable to resolve past due accounts. Keep track of monthly

expenses. Create breakdown of Costco invoices and expenses for Region President to review. Request W9 forms to

set up vendor and fill out vendor maintenance form. Help accounts payable mail out checks. Create lease

commitment schedules. Keep track of company equipments. Main contact for company copiers. Assist with

opening and closing of communities. Organize moves and returns of copiers. Supervise department as needed.

Manage office facilities. Serve as region representative for UPS, DHL, Lanier, etc. Order business cards and office

supplies as needed. Make copies, send out purchase and change orders to subcontractors. Provide backup to the

front & back receptionist. Other duties given by supervisor.
