Managed the contract and facility requirements for a seven building campus, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained.

Oversaw the remodeling of five rooms to facilitate the move of two Labs, three Classrooms, twelve offices and 47 personnel to more efficient spaces.

Analyzed the Energy Control program, re-writing the instruction to bring it back into compliance with the USN and OSHA electrical requirements.

Identified a flaw in the Fault Insertion Guide (FIG) process. Developed a safety and training compliant FIG format that was adopted domain wide.

Directed the efforts of four stateside organizations and two foreign repair facilities in the completion 603 work items correcting 176 ships casualties.
