●Assisted the Beverage Director with private events for Braulio Amaro, Jameson, Dom Perignon, and Cristal managing the sales, beverage packages, bartender responsibility organization and executing the completion of these events.

●Curated cocktails that were featured on Rooftop Cocktail Menus that catered to colder outdoor temperatures. Building guest relationships is always top priority because impressive rapport is vital to great service.

●Led the Syrups & Prep Team for weekly syrups management: fresh product for three high-volume bars within the restaurant with three different cocktail menus.

●Trained and developed 9 servers to be independent, and competent craft cocktail bartenders that are now able to manage bars due to systematic applied approaches to the steps of service.

●Prepared hand-crafted Spirit Infusions for featured, signature menu cocktails.

●Created unique Bitters & Tincture flavors to pair with Dealer’s Choice cocktails for bar guests.

●Mastered craft bartender techniques and classic cocktails recipes made from on-site distilled Spirits. Developed the tour for the ‘Founding Spirits’ Vodka microdistillery.
