CAD Technician

WSB & Associates - Landscape Architecture Group

2020 to Current

• At WSB, the bulk of my responsibilities center around creating plan sets— this includes formatting, coordinating callouts, and preparing graphics. I am also involved in the design process, which ranges between simple 2D line work, to using Civil 3D tools such as feature lines to create intelligent 3D models. Because my workload is so varied, communication became very important in my daily routine, as I always had to coordinate with clients, coworkers, and vendors. I learned a lot about landscape architecture, as well as becoming comfortable working at a larger company in my role here. CAD Technician

Mi-Tech Services

2019 to 2020

• My duties at Mi-Tech included collaborating with others on my team, maintaining an organized work process, producing accurate land base and detail drawings, designing routes for fiber optic cables to specifications provided. Throughout the design process, I was required to coordinate with field and engineering teams to ensure accuracy. In addition to designing fiber routes, I assembled a bill of materials for each design, and prepared and submitted permits to any required authorities. Finally, I assembled each of these processes together into a Construction Package to be submitted to the client. Third Key Holder

The Cosme?cs Company Store - Estée Lauder Companies 2018 to 2019

• In my position as Third Key Holder, I gained valuable experience in sales, merchandising, store operations, as well as managing projects and training new employees. I also had the opportunity to learn how to leverage my product knowledge in order to provide clients with products that fit their needs on a daily basis. My favorite part of this job was the customer interaction and the relationships I was able to form with each person I helped.
