Supervised 16 Non-Commissioned Officers and 24 Airmen daily requirements facilitating maintenance requirements for multiple aircraft, training upkeep, coordinating facility repairs, safety inspections, multimillion-dollar facility upgrade, and required subordinate personal needs, scheduling, and appointments. Directly keeping Higher supervision briefed requirements needed involving the computer needs and facilities needs creating an improved working environment.
Streamlined a process to through rebuilding communication links with Civil engineering and communications airmen leading to much needed repairs and upgrades that were neglected for a decade form HVAC fixes in triple digit heat to acquiring over 100 new operating systems. Coordinated with multiple agencies in order to have dispatched contractors civilian and military, engineers preventing catastrophic building failure, contractor upgrade of ethernet in several offices and refurbishing facility safety equipment

Lead, Supervised, Mentored 64 Airmen and Non-commissioned officers in aircrew duties. Organized and dispatched Loadmasters through mission board working directly under Duty Operations Officer, Squadron Commander, and direct Officer in charge fulfill the duties of officer in charge during their short absences for worldwide missions. Back pilots with navigation of set waypoints verifying proper course during flight operations. Voted booster club president designing fundraising and squadron events.
