Providers of same-day and routed delivery services across Southern California with 10 locations, ~200 employees.

KEY DUTIES:

Payroll (60%): Semi-monthly payroll processing for ~180 hourly non-exempt and 20 salaried exempt across multiple shifts. Monitored a mobile app-based time and attendance system, validated/processed time entries for paid time away from work, audited time exceptions in preparation for payroll. Coordinated HR activities to process new hires and terminations.

Human Resources (40%): As part of a total HR team of 3, accurately administered / maintained employee files and HRIS; processed employment actions/changes to employee data (e.g., personal information, pay and title, status changes, benefit enrollments.
