Product design based on the Customer Specific Requirements.

Expertise in concept design and development of sub- Proficient in conductance calculations, load calculations and analytical methods to drive design decisions

3. Created new body, connector drawing for open die forging material as per request from production and purchase department.

Highlights: Introduced a antistatic features for the valves, created a independent locking arrangement to satisfy customer requirement, and involved in a design of peek seat and its calculation. As per production and purchase department request the closed die forging design changed to open die forging design.

4. Floating ball valve with actuator control and with metal seat valve. Highlights: Created a metal seat for the valve as per the valve torque calculation and involved in a process of selecting actuators. Bracket and adaptors were designed with respect to the actuator size and torque value.
