Develop the Weekly Production Schedule – work with Production Supervisor to meet current demands, identify constraints, measure performance to plan, on time delivery inventory, scrap and WIP. Report for QOS monthly

Materials champion for the ERP implementation and upgrades for planning, inventory, ECO, purchasing and master planning data - I have extensive knowledge of the ERP process and integration of the various modules ERP contains and utilization benefits.

Lead the materials team on implementing the production demand factory utilizing JDE software and reducing the overall production lead times from 30 days to 3 days ARO.

Developed the initial cycle counting program and implementation in the stockroom and achieve 99% accuracy and stockroom exemption from physical annul inventory from the audit accounting partners.

Established remote inventory replenishment programs to maintain WIP inventory to support 3 days ARO.
