I am a very keen individual who continually strives for personal development. I am able to work effectively on my own initiative and as part of a team. I am a quick learner with first-class analytical and problem solving skills. I am able to think outside the box to find solutions to problems.
I have operated in several customer centric roles and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience and driving advocacy. In my current role at Emirates I have been called out formally to management for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experience in sometimes very challenging situations.
I pride myself on my tenacity and I am dedicated to getting the job done, even if the status quo needs to be challenged to achieve this. I believe there is always room for improvement within working practices and efficiencies to be made.
