My Scope

·Approve in coming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials as per inspection procedure

·Ensure the incoming Material TC, Fittings spec as per requirement by an inspection plan

·Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor

·Stage wise Inspection Like: Cut part, Fit up layout, before and after welding of job, after Machining, Final VT, and after painting inspection as per EN Standards

·Monitor the weld joint Preparation, Root gap, backing material, Welding Sequence (as per WPS), Pre Heat & Inter pass temperature as per material properties.

·Ensure the Filler material, Welding parameters, Heat input, and type welding process (MiG / Mag or SAW) as per WPS

·Examine the NDT Test Like: Welding VT, PT, UT & MPI. (Certified in ASNT Level II) as per EN Standards

·Conduct the complete dimension inspection, Fittings inspection, oil leak test, material properties, surface conditions, as per design and application of needs. And maintain the test results as document.

·Conduct the material hardness test, surface roughness on before painting and after painting paint-DFT, & cross cut test

·Ensure the process flow and follow up the re-work and rejection control to reduce wastage of 3M

·Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests

·Clarify the drawing errors, Deviation clearance giving to the operators by reference from Design team and its application-based requirement with higher heads approval.

·Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work

·Document and update inspection results by Systematic reports and logs

·Non-Conformity, QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, Route Cause, Why analysis, Audit Preparation and 5S.

·Packing, Dispatch, Loading Follow up as required

My scope

·Plan, Arrange and Command the overall inspection team

·Maintain the Line Feeding and Process flow to the next stage by a conveyor process

·Inspect the press part component by a jigs & fixtures and their proper templates

·Inspect the child part weldment parts and correct it on the stage any deviation’s

·Inspect the Main ASSY line, at stage by stage for correct any deviations with a development team support

·Approve the first part production at all stage by an inspection plan and correct it there

·Correct and Re-ASSY the fixture for arrangements as required, instruct the Robot operator to teach the weld corrections

·Perform a Chassis Welding Inspection, Sub part ASSY and Fitment inspection at every chassis

·Quality Control of visual, Dimensional, and nature of its working Function

·Inspect and Maintain the Dimensional report, Fitting report, Nut verification report and Gauges report

·Inspect the after painting and PDI inspection

·Monitor and command the dispatch loading sequence and maintain identification tags and check list
