Manufacturing Operations Manager, July 2019 to October 2020 – Jonesboro, AR Directed and managed the manufacturing operations in the Joneboro Maintenance Services plant. Implemented Lean manufacturing principles to include a robust 5S program. Reduced MRO spending by 20% in 1 year for the plant. Improved operating efficiency to 105% average. Improved operating profit to 19% in 1 year.
