Posting Job Requirement & Sourcing the suitable CV’s through various means of Job Portals such as www.naukri.com / www.shine.com/www.monster.com, & also sourcing through Advertising, References, and Existing databank.

Daily Checking our all Incoming mail & also give reply as per update status.

Downloading CV’s through mail &coordinating with the candidates.

Maintaining CV Status, Selection status, Mobilization report.

Preparing time Schedule & Arranging interview as per client and candidate convince.

Sending the mails to the candidates regarding the requirement of the client.

Screen & Shortlist the resume. Conducting walk-in-interviews for junior level for different positions

Conducting telephonic Interview (to check availability, communication skills)

Coordinating the interviews line up scheduling with candidate & clients, and also maintains a continuous follow-up after the interview. Maintain the candidate’s database in a structured manner & also following up with client.

Checking client email and reply to them (both client and candidate).
