Senior Program Manager to both Janus (US) and Henderson (UK) corporate merger. These services include Fintech initiatives to consolidate technologies and migrate Funds, application systems, and operations. The Fintech integration included back office clearings, settlements, certain Sheltered Harbor provisions for Cyber Security, BCDR, and is designed to enhance resiliency and provide enhanced protections for customer accounts and data. The data between the entities was made available to customers through a joint Custody Partner and other financial institutions.

Program management services across the PMO including technical and business operations and manage 12 concurrent projects including their SEC modernization initiative. Henderson systems are being integrated into Janus funds portfolio of products. delivered integration of middle and back office trading systems and several Funds – Agile methodology used.

Senior M&A Strategy and Program Manager – Goldman Sachs (2016 – 2016)

Strategic IT transformation services for the office of the COO at Goldman Sachs during the acquisition of GE Capital (Deposits Group). These services include initiatives to consolidate technologies and migrate application systems, vendor contract solicitations and negotiations, and Digital optimization efforts. I provide technology improvement opportunities across the PMO including technical and business operations and manage 16 concurrent projects. GE systems are being integrated into GS wealth management portfolio of products.

Program Manager – Vendor Services – Citibank GCT and CTI verticals – WIPRO (2012 – 2016)

Strategist for Citibank’s HR and Vendor rationalization/consolidation efforts in Asia and Americas. Scope is to reduce 18,000 vendors worldwide by 40%. I manage contract renegotiations, multi-vendor management for GCT sourcing initiatives, and vendor negotiations for all banking product lines including Core Banking, Wealth Management, Cards, e-Biz, and collections.
