Through CMDS models, Fraud detection ratio can be tracked using the transaction history,identify the convenience of cheque fraudulent cases, creditability of costumer by their usage of credit card services offered based on certain constraints. It also has the nation's leading cash reload network through its Green Dot Network Customer ChannelsViaWeb: Online Sales (OS), Online Activation (OA), Account Management (AM), MoneyPak (Green Dot Network for reloads/payments)

Online activation activities includes the following: A Visa or MasterCard card without any customer name is sold at retail stores (e.g. Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, etc.)`

Customer pays a retailer activation fee and the total amount they want to put into the card and come online to register the new card. They cannot use it until it s activated. Account Management: Customer creates a User ID/Password & selects 3 security question/answers which we ask if they log in from new computer.

Account Management activities includes the following: Provide card balance and transaction history by billing cycle. Change address, email password, Load money, Report Lost/Stolen, Close card, Sign up for account alerts, Add 2nd card. Online sales activities includes the following: Customers come to our sites after seeing a TV Ad, listening to Radio Ad or clicking on an online Ad and can directly apply for a card. Activation fee to get a card online is $0 and they get a personalized card which has $0 balance.

Name, SSN, DOB, and Address are required in order to successfully register online. Online Sales registration results in either Approved or Declined. WSI developed an Address Verification Service that ensures that each bill-to and ship-to address on an order is a valid, deliverable address.

Module #2: HDC

WSI added Hickory DC to the existing 7 Ship nodes to reduce their transportation charges and to improve customer services.

Module #3: RMS PO

WSI has recently introduced Tibco as a middleware to publish data from RMS to various other existing systems. This test strategy is to detail the test effort on the design of processing PO creation and modification details and receipts and receipt adjustments on approved and closed/cancelled purchase orders to Tibco. Tibco will then publish this vital information to all downstream systems such as EDI and Sterling etc.

RMS is the system of record for maintaining and creating purchase orders. A batch process extracts all the approved (new, updated and cancelled) PO(s) and receipts and receipt adjustments and placed them in a file on the RMS database server. The tibco interface will process the file and transform the purchase order records via Tibco Business Works.

Module #4: PKMS

Currently, WSI receives all returns (excluding furniture) in the consolidated DC (CNR). The return products are of 2 types, Separate Ship with Ship mode equal to 30 and Conveyable Mail Order (CMO) with ship mode less than 30. The CMO returns are not kept in CNR, but sent back to the warehouse concerned. The objective of CMO from CNR project is to accommodate CMO product returns in CNR WH to fulfill customer orders.
