Executive Positions

1. Mechanical Engineer, (2000-2008)

Evaluate, plan and control maintenance for different types of Gas Turbine Engines, Auxiliary Power units APU, Mechanical equipments and Hydraulic/Pneumatic Equipments.

Implement scheduled/unscheduled maintenance as instructed including both components life time estimation and spare parts development plan.

Develop (operation/ maintenance) life cycle of the mechanical components based on the specified international standard and negotiating agreements budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.

Provide fault-isolation and trouble shooting of the different anomalies and mal-functions of the mechanical systems.

Failure analysis for different components, provide the suitable solution either by replacement, repair, leasing or modification

Develop a Failure/Defect Report or report of discrepancy (ROD) for unserviceable parts if applicable.

Design Hydraulic/Pneumatic circuits for any project and provide affordable components purchasing plan.

Design, selection and Delivery of water/gasoline suction pumps and/or poster pumps.

Participate in maintenance practice of electrical and electronics divisions (Good knowledge of electrical background).

Provide a professional feasibility study to mechanical systems within any engineering project (heavy truck for fueling systems – special fluids carts – hydraulic testing pads - water well irrigation system – residential water pump system - electric elevators) in addition to assessing project requirements

Handle purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotations to suppliers then report to lead maintenance engineer.

Analysis of mechanical components by CAE using FEM and post-processing (NASTRAN), Provide necessary modifications designs - to ascertain the safe operation- by both 2D/3D AUTOCAD, SOLID EDGE, SOLIDWORKS

Participate as a member of the EAF committee responsible for receiving overhauled gas turbine engines from AOI – Engine Factory.

Participate as a member of the EAF committee in PRM-Program Review Meeting with the OEM companies.

Project manager for establishing a Sealing Item Partial Overhaul line for engine accessories “SIPO” with the available capabilities. 2. Lead Maintenance Engineer (2008-2010)

Lead different divisions of engineering (electrical – mechanical – electronics – civil and aeronautics).

Maintain high serviceability of the Aircrafts and hangers through routine and planned maintenance activities and plans.

Determine the high priority maintenance tasks of the day and provide the suitable team work group with multi-criteria decision.

Manage engineering divisions’ activity and hiring the suitable division chief.

Held a nominal group technique or mind mapping to take decisions regards any newly/ undiscovered matter.

Supervise performing technical modifications at different maintenance levels including integrated kit proof.

3. Chief Maintenance Engineer (2010-2013)

Lead group of internal quality auditors and inspectors to maintain all quality processes are met in accordance to organization (Flying wing in Air Force Academy) vision, mission and policy.

Review and supervise the quality management plans for all processes either operation or maintenance for (A/C s

, Engines, Equipments) in Relation to the

scope base-line.

Set the organization quality objectives and its periodicity, achievement plan.

Participate in developing Risk management plan and its response with HSE section.

Use the benchmarking and brainstorming to gather any necessary data to use in any needed representation developed by the Chief Engineer.

Act as a focal point for external and internal customer quality and compliance requirements and issues.

Ensure an organized approach to document control including issuing, tracking, and archiving duties and ensuring timely revisions.

Set Key Performance Indicators "KPI" in which all aspects are referred to and noticed them in the Quality Manual.

Set all quality templates and records such as check sheets, check lists, traceability matrix, lesson learned, change request records and others.

Evaluate the daily/ half monthly and monthly reports rose from the auditors and inspectors and set a shortlist the points to be focused prior.

Set all quality procedures and programs in which all quality processes will act upon, ensure that all other sections are aware about those procedures /programs and they act according them.

Participate in organization preparation for any external audit or competition by preparing all necessary records and data .

Maintain effective communication, professional relationships with all regulatory, legislative and certification parties on matters concerning compliance.

Look for alternatives to avoid failure cost and balance between defect preventive cost and appraisal cost.

Set the monthly report of the quality assurance section and raise it to the chief engineer to pass it to the Aviation Engineers Department.

Work cooperatively with other quality sections (HSE, Documentary, and Modifications) to overcome the shortage in human resources.

5. Manager of Technical Affairs and Warehouse (2015-2019)

Review all logistics technical procedures for any change updates.

Review all procurements regards the raw material purchased from the local market either by direct order or bidding.

Supervise the technical affairs team in how to maintain a specific inventory limit, take the spare parts quantity under continuously monitoring for potential necessary refill.

Organize and control the spare parts inflow & outflow movement in the repository

Take management responsibilities of providing security, climate control, and floor/shelf space maximization in the warehouse.

Provide the technical affairs team with the suitable decisions to take actions regards the priority, approach, and sequence in dealing with the routine work of the branch sections (inventory monitoring and control – governmental custody monitoring–supply imports section – RTR item section – warehouse).

Discuss any up-normal issue regards the spare parts RTR/RFR in the PRM (Program Review Meeting) with several aircraft companies manufacturers such (Boeing-Airbus-Dassault aviation- Catic).

Participate in the programs manager meeting for brainstorming in order to arrange the priorities of the delivery status using Nominal Group Technique, Trend analysis and Forecast analysis.

6. Maintenance Manager (2020- to present)

Manage team of Engineers and Technicians to fulfill different maintenance types for sports equipments.

Develop Annual maintenance plan and its extracts (weekly, monthly and bi-annually).

Develop Monthly Maintenance Report (MMR) and exploring maintenance section revenues to Managing Director.

Supervise all supply ordering management and follow-on procedure with the OEM.

Write, review and conduct maintenance contracts with different clients.

Maintain the revenues from spare parts selling and maintenance contracts in certain target annually.

Facilitate all complaints reported by clients with respect to maintenance issues.

Review all quotations, purchase orders to different clients before submitting them.

Lead maintenance program meetings and discussions to maximize the benefits and minimize the drawbacks.

Participate in top management periodic meeting to review company achievements and financial status.

In relative authority to conduct a Quality Management System (QMS) to be incorporated into the company hierarchy. Additional technical activities:
