PROJECT DETAILS

M.Tech Final Year Project

1) Title: Millimeter Wave Microstrip Patch Antenna For 5G Communication To design and simulate a microstrip patch antenna operating at 28 GHz for 5G communication. The antenna operates at a center frequency at 27.91 GHz with a maximum reflection coefficient of –15 dB, a very wide bandwidth of 1 MHz and a high gain of 7 dB. The antenna dimensions were calculated and simulated results have been displayed and analyzed using HFSS. M.Tech Semester project

2) Title: Real Time IoT Based Health Monitoring System To trace patient's health with the assistance of sensors and internet. If system detects any abrupt changes in patient heartbeat or temperature, the system mechanically alerts the user concerning the patients standing over IOT and additionally shows details of heartbeat and temperature of patient live over the internet.

B.Tech Project

1) Title: Mobile Rescue System For Detection Of Victims During Natural Disasters The wireless sensor node is powered by microwave power transmission (MPT) to realize completely wireless, battery-less system. Both the MPT and wireless communication use same frequency, 5.8 GHz. Time division operation is utilized for the coexistence. Rectifier output DC power, received signal strength indicator (RSSI) and packet error rate (PER) is measured using the reusable vehicle test (RVT) to evaluate the feasibility of the co-existence. 2) Frequency Generator

Frequency Generator produces fixed frequencies of 4MHz, 6MHz, 10MHz and adjustable square wave with variable frequencies around 10Hz to more than 100KHz. The circuits are useful for fast checking oscilloscope, probes, multimeters and other measurement equipments. Publications
