Project: Enterprise DevOps Platform

As a new hire on a relatively young platform still early in its conception I had the unique opportunity on working to transition the DevOps platform from a POC hosting a handful applications to an Enterprise wide solution hosting over 250 applications utilizing multiple technology stacks. With Jenkins acting as the orchestrator, Artifactory for binary storage, GitHub for Source Code management, XL-Release/Deploy for release orchestration and Target infrastructure setup, respectively. Other hats I wore required me the work in the capacity of a data analyst to create data models, platform usage metrics and setup dashboards to monitor JVM level performance data. Also worked to setup HA and DR for the platform tools.

• Collaborating with development teams to automate deployment processes by implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

• Work with new application teams to understand their end to end requirements, pain points, and propose appropriate solutions to help them onboard onto the DevOps Platform.

• Work as site admin for the tools GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, XL-Deploy/Release, Jira, Confluence and troubleshoot any tool interaction issues and assist app dev teams with any ongoing pipeline problems.
