Responsibilities:

Screening of resumes, shortlisting and coordinating, scheduling and conducting interview

Telephonic screening and personal interview of candidates

Submitting the candidate details to the Head and following up on each submitted resume until the candidate is accepted or rejected including the hiring managers opinion, clients opinion etc

Scheduling telephonic interviews according to the candidate and client requirement

Follow up with the candidates until selection and joining process get over

FIELD WORK TRAINING:

Dec 2012 – March 2013: HR Trainee in SRV MILL (NTC) Coimbatore.

This Field Work Training enabled exposure in HRD Functions in the Core areas like Recruiting, Organizing, Grievance Handling, Training, Employee Motivation. This training also gave hands on knowledge in communication and team management and attrition controlling,and also involved in organizing employee welfare program to attain efficiency.

July 2012 – September 2013: HR Trainee in SAKTHI FINANCE, Coimbatore.

Assisting the personnel manager in his various functionslike Law related activities proper books maintenance, record verification, and employeewelfare measures like ESI and PF maintenance, acquisition of profiles for recruitment through job portals.

June 2012: HR Trainee in MARS IMBEX PVT LTD, Triupur.

This training gave knowledge on general HR Activities and day to day functions like maintenance of day books, fixing of targets to various departments, reporting to the management whenever requested, employee leave andmaintenance of records.
