Product Engineer. Norriseal-Wellmark, 11122 West Little York Road, Houston, TX 77041. March 2019 – June 2020.

Managed the Engineering Service Request process, maintained all product lines(Control valves, Check valve, Butterfly valve, Level controller, Safety Relief Valve, Actuator and valve automation accessories, Chemical Injection Pump); troubleshoot, analyzed and resolved product issues, troubleshoot design related issues in production and managed change process Acted as technical interface and collaborated with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Human Resources, Operations, and Finance, Partners with Quality group to assist in First Article Inspection (FAI) process and approval. Visited industrial sites to implement the valves & automation equipment, troubleshoot and acquire the test data. Initiated PLM document management system, approved production drawings for products, reconciled Oracle BOM’s, Part Numbers, Routers, etc., Ensured that the design changes to products comply with the regulatory requirements (ex. NACE, API, UL), Maintained design integrity of products to meet safety requirements of local, federal and industry requirements at a minimum. Designed & developed “Sand Separator” (Skid Mounted) as per API standard. Sand separator was capable of separating sand @3bbls/minute with 90% efficiency. Analyzed “Tong Tester”(Skid Mounted) for testing tongs up to maximum 40,000 ft-lbs of torque. Manged 3-D design, Stress analysis of critical parts (Laydown Poles, Tong Testing shaft, Lifting Pulleys, Sand Separator, snubbing unit etc.), building SLAs, contacted vendors for quotation and production.

Mechanical Engineer, Rectorseal Corporation, 2601 Spenwick Drive, Houston, TX 77055. June 2007- October 2012.

Developed of 3,4- and 6-inch Clean Check Backwater Valve, Air Admittance Valve (AAV), 75 PSI Clean Check Flapper, Condensate line cleaning pump (Mighty Pump), Waterless Trap Seal Protector. Prepared 3-D model and drawing using SOLIDWORKS following ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards, PDM system, Automatic testing system of AAV using PLC Programming.
