Calendar Management:

o Manage Calendar of Appointments/ Meetings/ Conference Calls/Video o Conferences and ensure well timed Business Reviews with flexibilities to shift the calls whenever needed

o Ensure Agenda and other meeting arrangements are finalized well ahead of time to maximize manager’s effectiveness during the meeting Travel Arrangement:

o Manage travel (air tickets/ visas – short term/long term/hotel/ ground transportation)
