The scope of this project is to create a various conceptual gear box body for Aquaculture aerators.

Done various concepts with sheet metal for planetary gear box, after trails again created helical gear box with plates, in the final done helical gearbox with sand castings.

Done reverse engineering form the old existing casting body for the reference and reduced the weight of the gear box.

Generated casting and machining 3D modelling, 2D drawings and applying GD&T.

Project : Legacy conservation for Franklin fuelling systems and Stanley hydraulic tools.

Role : Jr. Design Engineer.

Description : Convert 2D drawing to 3D CAD models and stage wise drawings.

The scope of this project is to convert finished 2D drawings to stage wise 3D CAD models and drawings.

Created the old finished single sheet drawings to stage wise (casting And Machining) processes in CAD models and Drawings and as per their present standards.
