Job descriptions & Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, implement and review the HSE management system, process, relevant procedures, and supporting documents.

Direct implementation of site safety policies to workforce and sub-contractor personnel as per the Client’s HSE Policy.

Participating in the preparation of HSE Plan and Hazard register.

Provide HSE technical support to field crew and management as needed.

Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.

Lead HSE risk assessment initiatives at facility and work sites.

Reporting, investigation/analysis, development of corrective action plans for incidents and near misses with supervisors/manager.

Manage all aspects of environmental regulatory requirements, including permit renewals, hazardous waste management.

Leading in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks.

Ensuring Tool Box talk, Safety Meeting, Pre Job Safety Meeting are being conducted as or when required.

Ensuring that the plant and Equipment used on site or at other locations are correctly registered, controlled and maintained in a safe working condition.

Ensuring that, the permit to work system (PTW) and other HSE management tools are used correctly.

Conduct regular HSE inspections of facilities and field work sites.

Document inspections and assist management in developing corrective action plans for continual improvements.

Coordinating site emergency and evacuation drills.

Observe personnel on regular basis and monitor compliance with all safety related procedures, standards and policies.

Recommending and controlling issue of PPE in accordance with task performed.

Raising the safety culture for the people by conduct safety awareness about HSE procedures and how to apply it to do the job safely.

Provide information on weekly and monthly HSE Statistics.

Responsible to take prompt corrective action as and when needed for continual improvement of the HSE Management System.

Co-ordinate Equipment and Vehicle passing for usage in project areas.
