Job Description

Assist Reservation Agents with training, including initial training and continuous on the job training.

Training the agents on reservation brand standard mystery Audit calls and IFH calls.

Assist with reservation staff work schedules.

Assist with daily supervision of Reservation Agents.

Assist Agents with difficult & problem calls and emails and take over calls and emails whenever necessary.

Assisting Revenue Manager with weekly and monthly reports.

Ensure accurate information is provided to clients with respect to all products including accommodation, lift, lesson, rental, tours and activities and responsibilities associated with this area

Review all reservations made by agents.

Review all next day arrivals to make sure that, the information is correctly entered.

Periodic meetings with Reservations Manager to review agent performance, booking trends and any other relevant topics

Assist in creating specials and ensure agents are aware and educated on each special

Answering phones and making direct bookings when necessary

Monitor staff productivity and performance and taking appropriate action when necessary to ensure departmental goals and targets are achieved.

Ensure that the department meets relevant productivity targets on call handling and conversion ratios for all products lines

Maintain effective staff scheduling ensuring optimum level of staff resources according to Business Needs.

Handle all groups on opera.

Remove group room blocks from general inventory by entering information into reservation system.

Create rate codes in opera (Handle contracts)

Handle CETAC & ATACS (COMMISSION SYSTEM)

Handle the monthly commission for (Booking.com-Late Room-Venere-The Entertainer)

Change allocation for rate codes as per our selling strategy.

Handle OXI Messages (warnings and failed)

Manage and create opera blocks.

Review the next day arrival in daily basis to avoid any mistakes in rates or on guest requests.

Review all the cancellation made yesterday to be sure that the agents applying the correct cancelation policy according to the season.
