TheAtomic arrangement of Gymnemic Acid is similar with glucose molecules. So they fill the receptor location on the taste buds there by preventing sugar molecules.

SYNTHESIS OF NANOCOMPOSITES THROUGH GREEN ROOTS: Nanoparticles (NPs) having one of the dimension in the range of 1–100 nm act as a bridge between bulk materials and atomic or molecular structures. They possess remarkable and interesting properties owing their small sizes, large surface area.
