Antineoplastic and Apoptotic potential of unprecedented amalgamation of Tamoxifen with Coenzyme Q10, Riboflavin, Niacin and Selenium in experimental mammary carcinoma bearing rats.

These research results demonstrate the antineoplastic and apoptotic potential of combinatorial therapy in both in vivo (DMBA induced mammary carcinoma bearing rats) and in vitro (MCF 7 breast cancer cell line) models, it might be concluded that “the combinatorial therapy (Tamoxifen along with CoRNS) is more effective as apoptotic and anti-cancer mechanism than sole Tamoxifen treatment”.
