Follow-up of what has been produced from export shipments (Libya-Sudan- Yemen-Saudi Arabia) and what has been sent to the stock in coordination with the planning and production factory and shipping.

On completion of the production of the shipment and delivered to the stock Make a final bill and send it to the customer accounts to confirm it and after that sent it to the customer to Payment of the final bill and make an appointment for shipping.

When the customer enters the full amount of the invoice in the customer's account make packing list and be sent for quality management coordination with them to examine the consignment.

when quality management confirm the quality of the export shipments sent the packing list to secure it and sending the a shipment leaves fully to extract Customs.

Action settlement of the account of the client

Coding and change the classification of customers according to their purchases and public policy of the sales in each quarter.

Preparing the daily sales report and compare the monthly plan and sales of each classification and customer.

Coordinate sales incentives delegates according to sales plans and sales products.

Realignment Dedicated part of Sector Branches stores each quarter According to the plans sales for each product sector developed during the year and the speed of rotation of each product.
