•Charged with developing the corporate training system for conducting and documenting regulatory training to meet all OSHA requirements with specifics on PSM standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
•Created specific policies and programming dealing with Emergency response, Radiation safety, Security procedures and practices, PSM and other mandated safety topics.

Vertellus Specialties, Inc. SAFETY & SECURITY MANAGER – (July 2011 to February 2016)
Introduced a safety system that increased departmental safety auditing rate by 75% and pushed the monthly safety meeting attendance rate to 96% participation.
•Directly managed 8 security staff and provided leadership to 1 Safety Professional. Managed all facility safety and security assets used to maintain a safe and secure site plan.
