•Created specific policies and programming dealing with Emergency response, Radiation safety, Security procedures and practices, PSM and other mandated safety topics.

Vertellus Specialties, Inc. SAFETY & SECURITY MANAGER – (July 2011 to February 2016)

Introduced a safety system that increased departmental safety auditing rate by 75% and pushed the monthly safety meeting attendance rate to 96% participation.
