Responsible for overseeing the administrative duties at the Academy at all levels.
Monitor the Academy finances, including certain budgets and purchase Academy resources.
Manage the petty cash for the Academy.
Conduct teacher and staff evaluations, together with the principal, to ensure proper implementation of the curriculum.
Communicate with parents regarding individual requests or disciplinary issues.
Take full responsibility of the enrolment and registration of the upcoming Academy year.
Take full responsibility for the Academy and bus schedule.
Ensure that the Academy complies with the relevant laws and regulations.
Assist the HR Manager with HR queries when and if required.
Act as a line manager to the Academy secretary, cooks, cleaners, drivers and groundsman.
Deal with ad-hoc requests that arise.
Manage the Academy’s email account.

Represent and maintain the Academy image and reputation – show donors around and process donations
