Duties:

To coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of the office by ensuring that conditions and supplies in the office are maintained at a level that allows all staff to carry out their jobs effectively. · Ensure office/ building security is at the highest level at all times.

· Control and maintain all movable assets. Responsible and hold all keys to all doors and offices in the building.

· Ensure that all offices meet the Health & Safety standards required.

· Petty Cash recons done monthly.

· Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money as well as adhering to BEE requirements.
