Optimization of Distillate & Vacuum Gas oil Hydrotreaters/Unifining stripper operation to ensure overhead temperature is always 20 ºC above dew point temperature thereby protecting overhead circuit from NH4HS corrosion and Medium pressure steam saving

Technical support in precommissioning of Paraxylene & polypropylene project.

Looking after all operations in UNIPOL(Union Carbide and Shell's widely acclaimed SHAC catalyst system. )GAS PHASE REACTION AREA, Vent gas recovery area, Propylene purification area, H2/N2 Purification, High pressure Compression for H2 and N2 and Handling of Pyrophoric TEAL in POLYPROPYLENE-UNIPOL process. RIL already has two operating lines of PP with a total capacity of 400,000 MTA at DTA and another two lines with a combined capacity of 600,000 MTA at SEZJamnagar. Reliance’s plants employ Spheripol and Adipol technologies from Basell and Unipol Process of Dow Chemicals for manufacturing different grades of Repol, which are exported to more than 30 countries. Products manufactured include homopolymer, random copolymer and impact copolymer.

Equipment handled: Product Discharge System, Cycle Gas centrifugal Compressor (Magnetic Bearing), TEAL Isotainer / Cylinder, Vent Gas recovery reciprocating compressor, Sundyne pumps (C3 Charge pump), ZSK-350/300/240 Extruders With or Without Melt pump, etc. Also having work knowledge of PELLETING / EXTRUDER area with FOXBORO DCS system.
